Author Lawrence Gooley will have several books, including Dannemora’s Death House: The Crimes and Fates of 41 Killers Sentenced to Die in Clinton Prison’s Electric Chair (his latest); Escape from Dannemora: 170 Years of Escapes, Tortures, and Infamous Inmates at New York’s Most Notorious Prison; his series, People & Places of the Adirondacks; Killing in the Kuyahoora Valley; 25 Diabolical Adirondack Murders: The Twisted, Fiendish Deeds of North Country Killers; and Terror in the Adirondacks: The True Story of Serial Killer Robert F. Garrow. In addition, he will have historical reprints offered by Bloated Toe Publishing, the publishing company operated by Lawrence and his wife/partner, Jill Jones.

Festival will showcase several national and local authors and exhibitors, and will include presentations and panel discussions. Presented by the New York State Writers Institute.
